What is SEAT CODE?

SEAT CODE is the digital hub of SEAT and CUPRA.

We design, build and scale digital products that power connected car services, mobility platforms and new business models. From mobile apps to connected vehicle ecosystems, we shape how users interact with our brands every day.

What kind of projects would I work on?

You would work on real, large-scale digital products used by hundreds of thousands of customers across Europe.

Projects range from connected car apps (like My CUPRA App and My SEAT App) to mobility platforms, digital services, internal innovation tools and data-driven experiences.

We work end-to-end — from discovery and UX strategy to launch and continuous optimisation.

Is this more consultancy or in-house product work?

It’s product work — with a strategic mindset.

We are embedded within the SEAT and CUPRA ecosystem, meaning we don’t just advise. We build, launch and continuously improve digital products long term.

What roles are you usually hiring for?
